Returns, Refunds & Replacements Policy

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, cancellations, or refunds.

Digital Products

All digital files are non-refundable once purchased and downloaded. By completing your purchase, you agree to immediate access to digital content and waive your right of withdrawal under EU consumer protection law.

Physical 3D Printed Products

My physical products are made-to-order and carefully inspected before shipping. As such, they are not eligible for return or refund.

Replacements for Shipping Damage

If your physical item arrives with severe damage caused during shipping, we will provide a replacement part or body at no additional cost.

To qualify for a replacement:

• You must contact us within 7 days of delivery

You must provide clear photos of:

• • The damaged item

  • The shipping box and packaging
    

Minor imperfections, small surface marks, or normal characteristics of 3D printing are not considered damage.

Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that does not match your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will correct the issue.
